Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure, for everything done with it, and for giving us accurate details when you sign up.

Your content

You own the content you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process, display and publish it as needed to run the service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate and edit your site.

Acceptable use

Don’t use hilm for anything illegal, misleading or harmful: no impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, or content that infringes other people’s rights. We may suspend or remove sites that break these rules.

AI-generated content

The AI can make mistakes. Review your site before you publish, especially prices, contact details and anything you say about your business. You’re responsible for what you publish.

Plans and payments

The Free plan is free. Paid plans, their prices and their limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan. The first 500 Pro subscribers keep their launch price for as long as their subscription stays active.

Your billing country determines the base price: EGP in Egypt and USD elsewhere, with taxes included. Stripe may offer payment in a local currency; its checkout shows the final amount and any currency conversion fee before you pay. Stripe and Dodo monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Where Kashier is offered, checkout states whether renewal is automatic or requires a new payment. Existing subscriptions remain with their original provider.

For purchases offered through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as merchant of record. Checkout is in English. Link sends receipts and tax invoices and provides transaction-related support. Availability and indirect tax coverage depend on the countries and transactions supported by Managed Payments. Contact us for Hilm product support or a refund request; Stripe purchase support and refund requests are also available through Link.

Cancel renewal from your account and keep access through the paid period. A failed automatic renewal has a three-day payment grace period, after which the account returns to Free and published sites remain available.

Domains and hilm links

If you connect your own domain, you stay responsible for registering and renewing it. Free links on hilm.ai belong to us, and we may reclaim links that are unused or abused.

The service “as is”

We’re improving hilm all the time, so features may change. We provide the service “as is”, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses.

Stopping

You can stop using hilm at any time. Before deleting your account, resolve pending payments. If you have a Stripe or Dodo subscription, end it with the provider and wait until the paid period ends. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes to these terms, we’ll update this page and let you know.
